WARRANTY

FREE 30 DAY WARRANTY
If any natural wear and tear is caused to your full price diamond piece within the first 30 days of
delivery we will offer and exchange for the same diamond piece. If that selection is
out of stock
we will opt in a different selection of your choosing (not clearance) for the same price value of the
original diamond piece. Please note: ALL clearance diamond pieces are final sale and do not
come with the free 30 day warranty.

SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours of purchasing.


TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once shipped out you will receive a tracking number from USPS.  We ship from Virginia nationwide.

 
DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 days for expedited shipping.

 

SHIPPING COST
Flat rate of $9.00 USD.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY: 14 days Upon Delivery

ELIGIBILTY:

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

INITIATING A RETURN:

- If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.  You can reach us at info@VICIRICH.com

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION: 

- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and guide you on the return process.

 

PACKAGING:

- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipment.  Include all original packaging, tags, and documentation.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

INSPECTION:

- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.  Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the inspection is complete.  

 

REFUNDS:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.  This timeframe is determined by your bank.

EXCHANGE POLICY: 14 days Upon Delivery 

 

If you prefer an exchange, please inform our customer service team during the return process.  Exchanges are subject to product availability.  Shipping rates apply.  Please note:  After one exchange, the new item will be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@VICIRICH.com.  We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

FINAL SALE POLICY


All clearance items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  A ring that does not fit can only be exchanged for a different size one time, after that, the item will be marked as Final Sale (shipping rates apply).  Our sizing suggestions are general recommendations.  Any wear and tear that occurs beyond the 30 day warranty mark of receiving your diamond piece cannot be returned or exchanged.
